PROJECT SCOPE
UX/UI redesign and development of a dynamic WordPress system for managing experiences, departures, bookings, payments and automations.
SIGESTI started as a showcase website.
The new project began with a different question: no longer just how to present the offer, but how to organise experiences, departures and bookings within the same system.
FROM SHOWCASE WEBSITE TO OPERATIONAL SYSTEM.
The main change was in the architecture.
Experiences, departures, availability, pricing and bookings are no longer isolated pieces of content, but interconnected data. CPTs, ACF and dynamic templates make it possible to enter information once and automatically distribute it across different areas of the platform.
ONE SOURCE.
MULTIPLE INTERFACES.
A single data structure powers cards, experience pages, pricing, itineraries and frontend content.
DATES AND AVAILABILITY
CONNECTED.
Each departure is linked to its experience, making dates, availability and status accessible across the different interfaces of the platform.
ONE BOOKING
FLOW.
The selected experience and departure define the checkout context, retrieving pricing, participants, availability and the amount due.
FROM PAYMENT
TO OPERATIONS.
Booking confirmation triggers the next operations: communications, Travel Pass generation and availability updates.
THE SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
Data is entered once, connected across the system and used throughout the different functions of the platform.
